If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • The item must be in the original, unopened package;
  • The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase; and
  • The item must have a Return Authorization Number.
Please email us at info@sumsumkids.com for a Return Authorization Number.
You are welcome to return items to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.


Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund once we have completed inspecting the item to ensure it qualifies for a refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after deducting the costs of shipping.


You will be responsible for paying all the shipping costs associated with both the delivery and return of the item. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Accordingly, if you receive a refund, the cost of the delivery shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible

Products on sale, purchased as part of a special or bulk order, or returns that do not comply with our refund eligibility guidelines are non-refundable.
